Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Full-Time and Part-Time Availability

 

Location: Albany, GA in-clinic

Henry County, GA in-home to transition to our clinic site once it is completed

 

Responsibilities 

• Provide direct behavioral services to clients

• Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis

• Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Collect data 

• Maintain respect and confidentiality

• Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma

• Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Complete 40 hours of accredited online RBT training (certificate must be provided). Complete initial competency assessment with supervisor, and pass the RBT exam within 30 days of hire.
